Using water-based dyes, we then employ a heat transfer process to release and fuse the dyes onto the fabric. This ensures that the printed colors are vibrant, long-lasting, and fully washable once fused into the material. Both the transfer paper and polyester fabrics we use are fully recyclable, making this a sustainable printing solution.
Our advanced facility is equipped with a variety of high-performance Mimaki printers, including models that range from 1.6 meters to 3.2 meters in width. These cutting-edge machines, combined with our Klieverik and Transmatic heat presses, ensure precise and efficient printing every time.
